Small update…

I updated the videos section pala sa sidebar and nagtanggal ako ng mga blogs sa bloglist na di masyado naa-update. Yun lang.

The Because of You video is worth watching. Its a Brokeback Mountain version. Its not what you may have seen on Myx or MTV.

I have a confession to make…

For the first time in years, I came to school today ng walang ligo. Haha.

I came home 1:30am na kasi last night, pinaunlakan ko pa kasi yung birthday invite ni Aaron na officemate. Nag-treat xa ng pizza sa Yellow Cab. New Found Friend yun ng mga ka-batch ko eh, eh ni-invite ako so sumama na rin. So I woke up at 7:30, but dozed off once more and nung bumangon ako, 8:30 na pala. I have my first midterm exam at 9am so malamang bihis nalang agad, toothbrush, hilamos, basa ng konti ang buhok, and boom! Ready for school in 10 minutes.

It took me mga 25-30 minutes sa byahe so dumating ako for the exam mga 15minutes late. Ok naman yung proctress(female proctor?). Di naman nagalit, at it so happens may limang mas late pa pala sakin. Hehe.

Ok naman mga exams ko. First one is Intro to MedTech with Science, Technology, and Society. Its either madali talaga or sa sobrang mental block eh na-feel ko na madali lang siya. Mas nalito pa nga ako sa bonus question kung anu name ng instructor namin! Hehe.

Sunod yung History 101. Nadalian lang rin ako dun, sana lang tama mga sagot ko.

Just another update…

Just came from watching "Sukob" at Gateway Mall with my officemates Darna and Jeri. Its this latest horror flick from director Chito S. Rono starring once again: Kris Aquino. This time alongside a much better choice for a lead star, Claudine Barreto (Did I just say that? Since when have I become a Pinoy Movie critic? Since when have I been concerned with choice actors?). I have to say it totally topped off what they did in "Feng Shui". Nakakatakot na talaga ito. Sobra. Hay, Pa-os parin kami kaka-sigaw. haha. Jologs noh.

Ayun, nagpaloko nanaman kami kay Kris Aquino, who keeps on destroying the scene with what other people call "acting skills". And anung pumasok sa utak ng casting director na alam nang "failed due to absences" ang akting nitong isa, eh ipapareha pa siya sa lalaking hindi na talaga nag-enroll sa acting workshop. Sa Feng Shui, yung dating boldstar na di ko kilala. Ngayon naman si Wendell Ramos. Panira talaga pananalita nila… "Masira ka na! Masira ka na!", Miss Aquino screams as she delivers one of her last lines from the movie. "Ako ang kunin mo! Ako ang kunin mo!" She shrieks as she is finally killed from the film.

Ooops! Sorry! I forgot to give you a heads up. Sorry kung na-reveal ko na mamamatay si Kris. Hehe. Ayan, kelangan mo na talaga panoorin. And I suggest never to watch it alone. And just a few things you should do before you watch the movie:

1. If you have a shower curtain in your bathroom, destroy it! Tear it down to small pieces and burn it.
2. If your bedroom window faces your kapitbahay's bedroom window, move to another room, or better yet, move to another house!
3. Check the electrical system in your house. Especially the lighting connections. Dont ask! Just do it!
4. And finally, ask your parents kung ikaw/kayo lang ba talaga ang anakers nila. Walang naiwan sa labas or something.

At pag nagawa mo na yan, then go ahead, watch the movie and siguro mas mababawasan ang kaba mo pag-labas mo ng moviehouse.

So im just here again at the cafe. Post muna bago umuwi. So ayun, napasa ko rin kahapon yung Reaction Paper para sa History. Actually iniwan ko lang sa table ng instructor namin sa faculty room along with the others.

Midterms na pala next week.

And by the way!!! Most important way! I hate lurkers! Thats a new term I discovered referring to people who browse blogs but never lets their presence known. Kahit simpleng comment man lang. Letting me know na me nagbabasa rin pala nito aside from my friends. Or kahit message lang sa tag-board. Kahit "nice blog" man lang, or "I hate your blog" or "Ang Jologs mo!", ok na sakin yun, as long as yun talaga ang tingin mo sa blog ko. Kesa naman sa blog ako ng blog, piling ko walang nagbabasa.

Speaking of my blog, I just love the new i.ph! Guys, if you're planning to open up a blog, and you want kick ass lay-outs without a hassle, ease of use, then I guess this is the best choice! They do have some glitches their still trying to sort out, but all in all, ok talaga dito. hehe.

I renewed the theme na rin nga pala. Its all about colors this time! Nope life is not like a box of chocolates!

Its a box of Crayons. You'll never know when you might pick out the Blue Skies or Gray Clouds. Oh diba?

Balik ulit sa school…

So absent ako ngayon sa P.E. - Basic Swimming. Ngayon lang naman ako ulit ni-absent eh. Tsaka masyado na kasi akong exploited ni 'Ser kaka demonstrate ng mga strokes para sa class.

Ewan ko ba bigla nalang ako tinamad bumalik sa school kanina. Oh my God, I just remembered! Me ipapasa pa pala akong reaction paper sa History! Argghh!!! Need to get back to school after all. Hay. Kainis! We have to answer some questions regarding this article from Neferti Tadiar's book, "People Power: Miraculous Revolt".

Pang mga gifted children kasi History namin eh. Post-Modern approach para mas meaningful. Di yung puro classical historicizing lang lagi. Anyway, we'll delve on that later. Pasa ko muna answers ko. Hay!

Adjusting… Adapting

Im having some difficulties with updating this blog now. This is my very first post after being "migrated" to the new system. What they call the "I.ph version 2".

I like it better though. Just need some time to adjust to the new environment.

Havent posted for quite a while na nga pala. Will update ya'll on my crazy life soon. Ciao!

Im 19 years old now… Isn’t that weird??? So much for hoping I’d stay 18 forever.

Don’t really know why Im scared of turning 19. I’ve never been this uncomfortable about adding another year to my age. Perhaps it’s the fact that just one more and Im 20. And I dont want to be 20 years old! Can’t anyone just decide to stop growing up???

Guess I’m just scared of growing old.
